JAKARTA. Permata Bank has led a syndication of nine banks to provide loans to PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk. (HDFA) of IDR 750 billion. Meanwhile HDFA will channel the loan to support heavy equipment financing.

Director of Radana Bhaskara Finance Milokevin Wendiady stated that the credit facility from the syndicated loan will be channeled to meet customers' needs for heavy equipment. He specified that the syndicated loan would be used specifically for Asset Based Financing (ABF) products.

The HDFA sales strategy for ABF products is focused on the Dealer Approach and Key Account Approach. HDFA also plans to conduct broader financing and plans to open new market niches to seize the Investment Financing segment with underlying assets. "In 2023, we will focus on strengthening funding, expanding product markets, and increasing service capabilities," he said, Wednesday (5/4/2023).

In this syndication, Permata Bank acts as Mandated Lead Arranger & Bookrunner, and at least nine banks have participated, namely Permata Bank, Woori Bank, Papua Bank, Sulselbar Bank, Maspion Bank, KB Bukopin Bank, Jatim Bank, Mayapada Bank, and CTBC Indonesia Bank. (AM/LM)
