JAKARTA - PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) will distribute dividend of IDR 613.97 billion or IDR 319 per share, taken out from its net profit attributable to the parent company in 2022.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (5/4), Rudy, Corporate Secretary of Astra Agro Lestari, claimed that the dividend will be disbursed on May 4 to shareholders who have been officially registered until April 14, 2023.

With this dividend distribution plan on motion, AALI’s total dividend in the fiscal year 2022 clocks up to IDR 777.57 billion or IDR 404 per share. Said amount includes the prior interim dividend of IDR 163.59 billion or IDR 85 per share.

The dividend allocation has been decided based on the profit of the fiscal year 2022 that reached IDR 1.72 trillion, the unrestrained retained earnings of IDR 16.72 trillion, and total equity of IDR 22.24 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 12-13, 2023, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is set to April 14 and 17, 2023. (LK/ZH)
