JAKARTA - PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) will channel out dividend of IDR 803 billion from its 2022 net profit on May 4, 2023. The remaining net profit of IDR 786.49 billion will be allocated as retained earnings.

Andreas Kurniawan, Head of Corporate Secretary Regulatory of Adira Finance, claimed that the dividend distribution plan was made according to the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 1.60 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 9.72 trillion, and total equity of IDR 10.03 trillion. “The dividend is set to IDR 803 per share,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (6/4).

Said decision was made official during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (4/4). It was joined by the owners of 933.23 million shares, representing 93.32% of the total shares with valid votes issued by the company.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on April 13-14, while the cum and ex dividend for the cash market will follow on April 18-29. The dividend will be disbursed to those that were listed as official shareholders until April 17, 2023. (LK/ZH)
