JAKARTA - On Friday, March 31, Kingswood Union Corporation, a fund management firm based in the British Virgin Islands, became the newest investor in manufacturing and infrastructure issuer PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR). The acquisition of more than 1.17 billion BNBR shares amounted to 5.32% of the issuer's ownership portion. Furthermore, PT Inti Anugerah Pratama recently purchased 337.33 million NOBU shares, giving this new investor a 6.38% stake in PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NOBU). Besides that, PT Inti Anugerah Pratama also purchased another 564.52 million shares in PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), increasing its stake to 25.62%. Not only that, PT Dyna Capital Indo purchased up to 16 million shares of the manufacturer of gloves, PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK), for a total ownership proportion of 21.23%.

In terms of divestment, two major shareholders of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) were still selling their holdings. GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 8.48 million shares, while SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 117.08 million. Other foreign investors, including Credit Suisse AG Singapore Trust, have also been seen selling 54.60 million shares of PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA), a media company.

In addition, Rudy Kurniawan Logam, an individual investor, was seen selling 4.51 million shares of PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk (LEAD), while Yantoni Kerisna released 4 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). Finally, PT ASABRI (Persero) proceeds to sell 900 thousand shares of PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA). (KD)
