The conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu acquired an additional 1.35 billion shares of Chandra Asri Petrochemical
JAKARTA - Prajogo Pangestu began the fourth month of this year by purchasing 1,357,544,940 shares of the company that supplies petrochemical goods, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA). This lumber conglomerate now owns 7.79% of TPIA, which increased about 1.57% on Monday, April 3. In addition, another individual investor, Antonyo Hartono Tanujaya, added 6.14 million shares for a total ownership of 8.64% in PT Geoprima Solusi Tbk (GPSO), a survey tool supplier.
Furthermore, PT Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID) is still buying back shares, this time 2.5 million DOID shares. PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia also purchased 395,150 shares of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA), a pharmaceutical distributor. Two foreign investors, on the other hand, continued to sell shares in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. GOTO Poepleverse Fund sold 175,134,969 shares this time, while SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 40,031,100 GOTO shares.
