JAKARTA - PT Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk (ROTI) readies IDR 177.47 billion to be disbursed as dividend, which are taken out of its net profit in 2022 of IDR 430.22 billion. The dividend distribution plan had been announced during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting last week (5/4).

From the information disclosure quoted today (10/4), the dividend is set to IDR 106.55 per share. It will then be distributed to the ones listed in the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on April 18. The cash dividend will be fully disbursed on April 28, 2023.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 14 and 17, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on April 18 and 26, 2023. (LK/ZH)
