JAKARTA. PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 555.43 billion from net profit for the 2022 financial year.

Martua Sihaloho, Director of CMRY, conveyed the plan in accordance with the results of the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held last week. At the meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 52.37% of net profit for the 2022 financial year as cash dividends.

According to idnfinancials.com data, CMRY posted a net profit of IDR 1.06 trillion in the 2022 financial year. The remainder of the company's net profit will be added as retained earnings, to develop the company's business activities.

Cash dividends will be distributed to CMRY shareholders, whose names are registered in the register of shareholders on April 26, 2023. Dividend payments will be scheduled for May 5, 2023.

As of December 31, 2022, CMRY had an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 1.44 trillion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 5.26 trillion. (KR/LM)
