JAKARTA – The profit of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) was recorded at IDR 1.10 trillion, skyrocketing 673.23% year-on-year (yoy), nearly seven times higher than the profit seen in 2021 of IDR 158.47 billion.

Quoting its 2022 Financial Report issued today (11/4), Joseph Sanusi Tjong, President Director of Alam Sutera Realty, claimed that this achievement was possible after 57.81% yoy increment in its revenue from IDR 2.84 trillion to IDR 4.49 trillion in 2022.

The real estate segment contributed IDR 3.84 trillion to the total revenue, shifting from IDR 2.43 trillion in 2021. This amount originates from the sale of 59 units of land plots worth IDR 1.63 trillion, 604 units of house and shop-houses worth IDR 1.32 trillion, 427 units of apartment worth IDR 881.37 billion, 3 units of kiosk worth IDR 890.74 million, and one unit of office building worth IDR 4.13 billion.

Hospitality segment also brought in IDR 506.81 billion, increasing from IDR 402.77 billion in 2021, while other segments covered the remaining IDR 10.43 billion, also growing from IDR 1.49 billion in 2021.

The gross profit reportedly shifted 74.35% yoy from IDR 1.50 trillion to IDR 2.63 trillion in 2022, allowing the profit before taxes to proliferate to IDR 1.10 trillion from the initial IDR 158.47 billion. (LK/ZH)
