JAKARTA - On Wednesday, April 5, two existing investors of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) incrementally increased their ownership stakes. PT Harimas Tunggal Perkasa was the first shareholder to increase its ownership in this issuer, which makes plastics and building materials, by purchasing 10 million additional shares. The ownership held by Harimas Pratama increased by 0.2% to 12.77%. Next, PT Tunggal Jaya Investama had the opportunity to purchase 5 million shares of IMPC, giving it a final ownership stake of 10.91%.

Additionally, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) continued buying back shares, this time up to 2.5 million units. PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia added 2.33 million shares to banking issuer PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), and PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased 2.46 million shares of pharmaceutical issuer PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC). Additionally, the controlling shareholder, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, bought 2.04 million shares of the issuer, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). Next, 398,600 shares of the investment issuer PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA) were purchased by PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia.

In contrast, the controlling shareholder, PT Ungaran Sari Garments, actually sold 500 thousand shares of the textile issuer, PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX). Even so, the decline was not insignificant, only around 0.04%, and the final holding was 96.61%. Finally, PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) shareholder Yantoni Kerisna continues to sell 2.93 million shares of this palm oil company, while the GOTO Peopleverse Fund continues to sell PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares, this time in the volume of 129.57 million units.
