JAKARTA. The annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) of PT United Tractors Tbk. (UNTR) approved the distribution of a final dividend of IDR 6,185 per share or IDR 25.5 trillion. Thus, UNTR's total dividend for the 2022 financial year is IDR 7,003 per share. The UNTR AGMS also appointed a new director, Widjaja Kartika, to replace Iman Nurwahyu.

In October 2022, UNTR distributed an interim dividend of IDR 818 per share or IDR 3 trillion. So that the total dividend for the 2022 financial year is IDR 7,003 per share or IDR 25.5 trillion.

A final dividend of IDR 6,185 or a total of IDR 22.5 trillion will be distributed to the company's shareholders whose names are registered in the register of shareholders on 2 May 2023 at 16.00 WIB, said UNTR Management, Wednesday (12/4/2023). Meanwhile, dividend payments will be made on May 12, 2023.

The UNTR AGMS has also appointed Widjaja Kartika as the new director to replace Iman Nurwahyu. Widjaja Kartika is currently the President Director of PT Traktor Nusantara (Traknus) since April 2019. Widjaja joined the UNTR Group in 1995 as a salesman.

The following is the composition of the UNTR Commissioners and Directors for the 2023-2025 term. President Commissioner: Djony Bunarto Tjondro , Deputy President Commissioner: Gidion Hasan, Commissioners: Djoko Pranoto Santoso, Benjamin Herrenden Birks, Independent Commissioners: Paulus Bambang Widjanarko and Nanan Soekarna.
