JAKARTA. PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP), a retail specialised in building material products, announces its plan to channel out cash dividend of IDR 49.04 billion that will be taken out of the net profit in 2022.

Idrus Widjajakusuma, Corporate Secretary of CSAP, mentioned that said plan will go according to the result of the shareholders meeting held last week. In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 19.9% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

Each unit of CSAP’s shares is exchangeable with cash dividend of IDR 11. The dividend will then be disbursed to the investors registered as official shareholders by the recording date on April 19, 2023. The actual disbursement will then follow on May 11, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, CSAP recorded net profit of IDR 246.4 billion in the fiscal year 2022. On top of this, the company still owns IDR 1.15 trillion of retained earnings and total equity of IDR 2.5 trillion.

For the record, the dividend distributed by CSAP this year is higher than the allocated cash dividend in 2021. In the fiscal year 2021, the company only managed to share IDR 40.12 billion of cash dividend or 18.21% of the total net profit in 2021. (KR/ZH)
