JAKARTA - PT Trisula International Tbk (TRIS) will disburse dividend worth a total of IDR 20.23 billion on May 12, 2023. Each share is exchangeable with a dividend of IDR 6.5.

According to the information disclosure quoted Thursday (13/4), the dividend allocation is set based on the net profit in the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 34.16 billion, the unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 103.49 billion, and total equity of IDR 712.02 billion.

For the cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market, the date has been set to April 18-19, followed by cum and ex dividend in the cash market scheduled on April 20 and 27, 2023. Then, the recording date for the shareholders eligible for dividend will fall on April 20, 2023. (LK/ZH)
