JAKARTA - On Monday, April 10, PT Suge Talesta Guna took over ownership of 5.66% of PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT). By purchasing 283.04 million BHAT shares, this new investor was able to become a shareholder of the financial solution service issuer. Additionally, PT Abadimukti Gunalestari, the controlling shareholder, acquired 46.15 million shares of PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA), giving it a final ownership stake of 64.07%. The portfolio of international investors Auric Digital Retail Pte Ltd also includes an additional collection of 27.99 million shares from modern retail issuer PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF).

Also, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala invested an additional 9.88 million shares in its subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) once again bought back 2.64 million shares. Additionally, the controlling shareholder, PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama, purchased 500,000 shares of PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), and PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia purchased an additional 2.35 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB).

On the other hand, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which released 68.33 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), continues to choose the divestment step. Liong Juen, who released 6 million shares of PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (BEEF), and Yantoni Kerisna, who released 5.04 million shares of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), were two other individual investors who were seen decreasing their share of ownership.
