JAKARTA - Shareholders of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) approved the dividend distribution agenda for the 2022 financial year of IDR 6 per share or a total of around IDR 219 billion. This was decided at Garudafood's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held today (14/4).

The dividend amount is equivalent to 51.9% of the total net profit attributable to the parent entity in the 2022 financial year of IDR 425.20 billion. The AGMS has also decided on the date of dividend distribution on May 16, 2023. "This dividend will be distributed to those who have been registered as official GOOD shareholders on May 4, 2023," said Dian Astriani, GOOD's Head of Corporate Communication when met at the GOOD Public Expose online today (14/4).

In addition, the shareholders also determined that IDR 2 billion of net profit attributable to the parent entity would be allocated as the company's mandatory reserve, while the remaining IDR 204 billion would be determined as unrestricted retained earnings. (ZH/LM)
