JAKARTA - PT BPD Jatim Tbk (BJTM) will channel cash dividend of IDR 797.12 billion, which will be taken out of its net profit of the fiscal year 2022, on May 12, 2023.

The dividend in the fiscal year 2022 is set higher than the cash dividend in the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 782.45 billion or IDR 52.11 per share.

Budi Sumarsono, Corporate Secretary of BPD Jatim, claimed that every shareholder will gain IDR 53.09 per share that they own. “The allocation was made based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 1.54 trillion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 5.04 trillion, and total equity of IDR 11.44 trillion,” he said in the information disclosure quoted Friday (14/4).

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 27-28, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on May 2-3. The recording date is scheduled to fall on May 2. This entire plan had been approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Shareholders Meeting yesterday (12/4). (LK/ZH)
