JAKARTA - PT Temas Tbk (TMAS), a shipping company, will channel out IDR 456.41 billion of cash dividend on May 12, 2023, which will be taken out of the net profit in 2022. The dividend distribution plan had been approved on April 12, 2023.

Marthalia Vigita, Corporate Secretary of Temas, confirmed that the dividend will be given at IDR 80 per share, after considering the allocation of the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 1.35 trillion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 1.98 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.22 trillion.

The dividend will be channelled out to official shareholders, and said amount has yet to include the interim dividend in the fiscal year 2022 of IDR 298.26 billion or IDR 52.28 per share. Thus, the total dividend of TMAS in the fiscal year 2022 clocks up to IDR 754.67 billion or IDR 132.28 per share.

The shareholders have scheduled the cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market on April 27-28, followed by the dates in the cash market on May 2-3. The recording date is set to May 2, 2023. (LK/ZH)
