JAKARTA - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) will channel out cash dividend of IDR 219.16 billion from its net profit in 2022, scheduled on May 16, 2023. This plan had been approved during Annual General Shareholders Meeting of GOOD last week (14/4).

I Made Astawa, Corporate Legal Division Head of Garudafood, said that the dividend will be distributed to each shareholder worth IDR 6 per share. “The total dividend that will be disbursed is equal to 51.54% of the 202 net profit of IDR 425.20 billion,” he said during the information disclosure quoted Monday (17/4).

The remaining net profit is allocated to mandatory reserves, amounting to IDR 2 billion, leaving the remaining IDR 204.03 billion to unrestricted general reserves.

By December 2022, GOOD bagged IDR 10.51 trillion of sales, total equity of IDR 3.35 trillion, and total assets of IDR 7.32 trillion. (LK/ZH)
