JAKARTA. PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk (TGKA) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 298.51 billion from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

This plan has received approval from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on 18 April 2023 yesterday. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 62.4% of net profit for the 2022 financial year as cash dividends.

The recording date or date for registering shareholders entitled to cash dividends is scheduled for May 8, 2023. Furthermore, cash dividend payments will be carried out on May 12, 2023. Each holder of 1 share of TGKA will receive a cash dividend of IDR 325.

According to idnfinancials.com data, TGKA recorded a net profit of IDR 487.14 billion as of 31 December 2022. The company also has an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 1.92 trillion, and total equity of IDR 2.05 trillion.

For the record, the amount of dividends per share distributed by TGKA this time was greater than the previous year. Last year, the company only distributed cash dividends of IDR 35 per share, which came from net profit for the 2021 fiscal year. (KR/LM)
