JAKARTA - PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 116.93 billion taken from the net profit in the fiscal year 2022 on May 22, 2023. Said amount excludes the interim dividend of IDR 32.12 billion or IDR 25 per share that had been paid to October 28, 2022.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (28/4), Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of Dana Brata Luhur, said that each shareholder will receive cash dividend of IDR 91 per share. The dividend allocation was made referring to the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 331.15 billion, retained earnings of IDR 182.09 billion, and total equity of IDR 1.05 trillion.

The plan was made official during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting last week (20/4). The recording date is set to May 8, while the cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled on May 4-5, followed by the dates in the cash market on May 8-9.

In 2022, TEBE channelled out IDR 64.25 billion of dividend from the fiscal year 2021, consisting of the interim dividend of IDR 6.42 billion or IDR 5 per share and cash dividend of IDR 57.82 billion or IDR 45 per share. The profit was recorded at IDR 163.69 billion in 2021, while the unrestricted retained earnings clocked up to IDR 400.95 billion, and its total equity was worth IDR 813.86 billion. (LK/ZH)
