JAKARTA - PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) will pay dividends of IDR 143.96 billion from profits for the 2022 fiscal year, up 66.66% from dividends for the 2021 financial year of IDR 83.38 billion.

In the disclosure published on Tuesday (2/5), Ang Andri Pribadi, Finance Director of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) said that dividends were distributed to each shareholder of IDR 25 per share on (24/5).

The distribution of dividends refers to net profit for the 2022 fiscal year of IDR 221.57 billion, retained earnings that are not restricted for use of IDR 2.84 trillion, and total equity of IDR 3.54 trillion.

Scheduled for cum and ex dividends on the regular market and on the negotiated market on (10-11/5), cum and ex dividends on the cash market on (12 and 15/5), and the recording date of the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on (12/ 5).

In the first quarter of 2022, dividends from the financial year's profits will be distributed to shareholders of IDR 15 per share. The distribution of dividends refers to a net profit of IDR 187.81 billion, retained earnings of IDR 2.45 trillion and total equity of IDR 3.12 trillion. (LK/LM)
