JAKARTA - Obligors rejected PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT)'s proposal regarding the change in the payment schedule for the 11th interest of the Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase I of 2020 from the original schedule on (6/5) to (6/8).

In the disclosure of information quoted on Friday (5/4), Erny Puspa Yunita, Acting. SVP Corporate Secretary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) said that 110 billion votes were present at the General Meeting of Bondholders (RUPO) representing a bond value of IDR 110 billion.

"The number of votes that disagreed was 70 billion votes or represented IDR 70 billion in bonds and those that agreed were 40 billion votes or represented IDR 40 billion," she said.

According to her, the bondholders at the RUPO did not agree with WSKT's proposal regarding the extension of the bond's 11th interest payment period. (LK/LM)
