JAKARTA. PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA) announced plans to distribute cash dividends of IDR 1.5 per share or a total of IDR 2.5 billion, which came from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

Brigitta Notoatmojo, Director of KRYA, said that the plan had been approved by the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which was held last week. At the meeting, the company's shareholders agreed to allocate 20% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.

The company has set a recording date for cash dividends on May 17, 2023. Cash dividend payments will be made on June 6, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, KRYA posted a net profit of IDR 12.49 billion in the 2022 fiscal year. At the end of the year, the company also had an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 9.99 billion and total equity of IDR 98.96 billion.

Currently, 49.23% of KRYA's shares are controlled by PT Bangun Karya Artha Lestari. Public investors own 20% of the shares, and the rest are owned by a number of directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/LM)
