JAKARTA - Prinsep Management Limited (PML), the major shareholder of PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA), has divested its portion for IDR 153.13 billion for investment purposes.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (10/5), Ricky Tjandra, President Director of FAP Agri, confirmed that the company had sold 30.75 million shares for IDR 4,980 each yesterday (8/5). The number of PML’s shares post-transaction will be down to 2.9 billion (79.9%), 30.75 million less than 2.93 billion shares (80.75%) recorded prior.

PML is headquartered at J&C Building, Road Town Tortola VG1110, established under the law of British Virgin Island, and is led by Wirastuty Fangiono.

Until April 2023, FAPA’s shares reportedly amounted to 3.62 billion units, 80.75% of which belonged to PML, followed by PT Fangionoperkasa Sejati of 4.25%, and the public of 15%. (LK/ZH)
