JAKARTA - On Friday, May 5, a Singapore-based foreign investor, Energy Collier Private Limited, increased its stake in coal mining company PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) by 223.28 million shares. With the addition of these shares, Energy Collier now controls 1.54 billion KKGI shares or approximately 30.83% of the company. Then, the holding company PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara increased its ownership of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) to 49.5% after purchasing 34 million shares of this manufacturer of electric vehicle batteries. PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia also gained 11.22 million shares of banking issuer PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), with the latest stake of around 26.71%.

Interestingly, two issuers were spotted making buybacks this time. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) was the first to purchase 6.44 million DOID shares, followed by PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), which purchased 4 million DGIK shares. Following that, 1.62 million shares of PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA) were added to PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama's portfolio, while individual investor Cornelis Andrie Haryanto obtained 1.25 million more shares of property issuer PT Citra Buana Prasida Tbk (CBPE).

Meanwhile, Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore and GOTO Peopleverse Fund decided to sell 177.12 million and 31.94 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), respectively. Finally, PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk let go of 4 million shares of the event organizer issuer, PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN). (KD)
