JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON) will distribute cash dividend of IDR 32.68 billion taken out of the 2022 net profit. Said year's dividend is double the amount of the dividend seen in 2021, of IDR 16.55 billion.

Based on IDNFinancials data compiled today (11/5), the company confirms the disbursement of cash dividend of IDR 3.75 per share. The dividend allocation is made based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 162.91 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.29 trillion, and total equity of IDR 3.63 trillion.

The dividend will be given out on June 9 to the shareholders named in the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on May 23. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 17-18, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market falls on May 22-23.

In 2022, the issuer distributed the cash dividend from the 2021 net profit of IDR 1.9 per share. The profit was recorded at IDR 82.90 billion, while the retained earnings clocked up to IDR 1.15 trillion, and total equity, IDR 3.44 trillion. (LK/ZH)
