JAKARTA - On Monday, May 8, the investor who owned 36.49% of JAYA's shares, PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk, purchased an additional 33.9 million shares from PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA). The purchase of these shares increased Prima Globalindo's stake in the transportation and logistics company to 40.75%, for a total of nearly 325 million shares. Furthermore, PT Zeze Ajuwel Tambang purchased 7 million shares of integrated energy provider issuer PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), while PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) purchased 6.5 million shares of its own. The controlling shareholder of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, also decided to add 6.37 million shares of this hospital operator to its holdings.

Furthermore, 2.90 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), an issuer manufacturer of electric vehicle batteries, were added to the portfolio of PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, along with 2.52 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), which were added to the portfolio of PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia. Also, PT Bogamulia Nagadi's newest investment choice this time was another 760,400 shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC).

On the other hand, two foreign investors in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) have sold their shares. Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore sold 125.94 million GOTO shares, while GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 103.80 million shares. Finally, PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk sold 187,700 shares of the tourism service provider issuer, PT Bayu Buana Tbk (BAYU), reducing its stake to 11.17%. (KD)
