Gozco Capital sells 100 million shares of Bank Neo (BBYB), while Akulaku adds 7.87 million more
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, May 9, two investors with more than 5% ownership in PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) made contrasting choices regarding their investment in this banking issuer. PT Gozco Capital sold 100 million BBYB shares, reducing its ownership from 9.87% to 9.04%. However, PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia added 7.87 million shares, increasing its ownership to 26.8%. Furthermore, as the controller of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara added another portfolio of 72.23 million MBMA shares, for a total ownership of 49.56%. Following that, foreign investor Barokah Melayu Foods Pte Ltd. purchased 12.5 million shares of the restaurant group PT Champ Resto Indonesia (ENAK).
Another investment step was made by PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk by purchasing 7.02 million shares of the hospital operator, PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME). Then, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) purchased 7 million of its own shares. Furthermore, PT Zeze Ajuwel Tambang persisted in investing in as many as 5.8 million shares of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), while PT Bogamulia Nagadi also increased its stake in PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), this time by 1.34 million shares.
Two foreign investors, on the other hand, decided to sell their shares. The GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 34.60 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while the controlling shareholder, Prinsep Management Limited, sold 30.75 million shares of palm oil issuer PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA). (KD)
