JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) will channel out cash dividend of IDR 549.37 billion from the 2022 net profit. Last year, the company decided not to give out any dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2021.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (12/5), Nixon Sitorus, Corporate Secretary of Jasa Marga, said that the dividend will be equal to IDR 75.69 per share. It will be disbursed to shareholders who have entered the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on May 23, 2023.

The dividend allocation is made based on the net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 2.74 trillion, followed by the retained earnings of IDR 2.19 trillion, and total equity of IDR 25.62 trillion.

In 2021, JSMR managed to collect profit of IDR 1.61 trillion, the entirety of which was stored as retained earnings.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 19-22, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market falls on May 23-34. The dividend will then be disbursed on June 9, 2023. (LK/ZH)
