JAKARTA. PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (HAIS) announces its plan to distribute cash dividend worth IDR 34.8 billion that is sourced out from its 2022 net profit.

Said plan aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of HAIS held a couple of days ago. In said meeting the shareholders agreed to allocate 30% of the net profit gained in 2022 as cash dividend.

Jayanti Sari, President Director of HAIS, admitted that this cash dividend distribution was decided after considering its improving financial performance compared to 2021. “The company manages to record a net profit of over IDR 116 billion or a 230% year-on-year (yoy) increase from 2021,” she added in the official disclosure.

“Following our commitment, and thanks to our shareholders’ supports, the company is now able to share out the dividend whose amount is bigger than the 2021 dividend,” Sari said.

According to IDNFinancials data, HAIS’s net profit in 2022 was supported by its net sales that reached IDR 781 billion, rising 82.34% yoy. (KR/ZH)
