JAKARTA - PT Temas Tbk (TMAS) to carry out a stock split with a ratio of 1:10 or for every holder of an old share, it will be exchanged for 10 new shares.

Marthalia Vigata, Corporate Secretary of PT Temas Tbk (TMAS) revealed that the stock split was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on (12/4) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The nominal value of the shares, originally IDR 25, became IDR 2.5 per share after the corporate action.

Trading of old nominal shares in the regular market and negotiating market ends on (22/5) and trading of new nominal shares on the regular market and negotiating market on (23/5). While the beginning of the trading of shares with a new nominal value on the cash market is on (25/5).

After this corporate action, the number of TMAS shares will be 57.05 billion shares, up 10 times from the previous number of 5.70 billion shares. The shareholder structure of this issuer is PT Temas Lestari 80.84%, the public 18.82%, and treasury shares 0.34%.

Yesterday (11/5), the issuer's shares touched the highest price of Rp 2,960 and closed at the lowest price of IDR 2,860 per share. (LK/LM)
