JAKARTA - PT Zareen Kapital Investama (ZKI) has raised its portion by 1.43% worth IDR 17.96 billion in PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM).

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (15/5), Budiman Pramono Sidi, Corporate Secretary of SMKM, confirmed that ZKI had purchased 17,874,700 units of SMKM's shares for IDR 1,0005 each last week (5/5).

After this corporate action, its portion increases to 16.43% or owning 205,875,700 shares from the initial 15% or approximately 188 million shares.

Until April 2023, the issuer recorded having 1.25 billion shares, 56.11% of which were controlled by PT Vina Nauli Jordania, ZKI of 15%, and the public 28.89%. (LK/ZH)
