JAKARTA. PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR), a power plant managing company headquartered in Bekasi, announces its final dividend distribution plan, giving out USD 44.84 million or approximately IDR 657.96 billion to its shareholders.

Christanto Pranata, Corporate Secretary of POWR, said that the final dividend is set to IDR 41.68 per share. It will be distributed to the shareholders whose names have entered the official list by the recording date on May 19, 2023. The actual disbursement of the final dividend will take place on June 6, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, POWR had previously channelled out interim dividend of USD 24.8 million or IDR 24.72 per share on December 21, 2022.

Therefore, the total cash dividend of POWR in this fiscal year 2022 clocks up to USD 66.48 million. For comparison, the total net profit of POWR in 2022 was rounded up to USD 72.54 billon.

As of now, 31.07% of POWR’s shares are under the control of PT Udinda Wahanatam, followed by PT Brasali Industri Pratama of 27.15%, PT Pentakencana Pakarperdana of 27.15%, public investors of 13.20%, and leaving the remaining portion to directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
