JAKARTA - PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk (ATIC) will release land and building assets, Griya Anabatic, which is managed by its subsidiary, PT Puri Amani Mulia (PAM). The price of the property assets is estimated to be between IDR 150 billion and IDR 200 billion

In the disclosure of information quoted on Tuesday (16/5), the proceeds from the sale of these assets will be used to pay off liabilities to to PT Bank Resona Perdania in the amount of IDR 37.77 billion, liabilities to PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang IDR 36.80 billion, and other costs (taxes, notary services and a penalty) IDR 25 billion.

Griya Anabatic is located at Perum Dasana Indah Block SA No. 18, Kelapa Dua, Bojong Nangka, Tangerang. The asset is a five-story building with an area of ​​11,055 m2 on a land area of ​​12,252 m2.

His party has appointed PT Willson Properti Advisindo, a property agent that will offer the assets to investors. The value of the building refers to the assessment of the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) of IDR 130.95 billion as of December 2022.

This plan will be decided by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on (21/6). (LK/LM)
