JAKARTA - PT Sejahtera Jaya Cita (SJC) increased its investment portion in PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) in a 1.2% share purchase transaction.

In the disclosure published on Tuesday (16/5), Leny, Corporate Secretary of KKGI, revealed that SJC purchased 60,207,435 shares at a price of IDR 478 per share. When calculated, the share purchase transaction was valued at IDR 28.77 billion.

Its ownership portion rose 1.2% to 26.72% or 1,336,147,500 shares from the previous 25.52% or 1,275,940,065 shares.

As of April 2023, the issuer's shares were recorded at 5 billion shares with a shareholder structure namely, MSIP S/A Energy Coller Private Limited 26.37%, PT Sejahtera Jaya Cita 25.52%, LX International Singapore Pte Ltd 5%, Morgan Stanley 7 .1%, public 29.37%, and treasury stock 6.64%. (LK/LM)
