JAKARTA - PT Armada Berjaya Trans Tbk (JAYA) will distribute dividend of IDR 2.38 billion from the fiscal year 2022. Said amount of dividend was smaller than the dividend taken out from its 2021 profit of IDR 2.80 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (17/5), according to the meeting of board of directors that was approved by the board of commissioner of JAYA, the issuer will channel out dividend of IDR 3 per share. The dividend will be disbursed to those in the Official Shareholders List on May 30 (recording date).

The dividend will be distributed on June 16, while the cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 26 and 29.

In 2022, the net profit of JAYA clocked up to IDR 5.55 billion, followed by its retained earnings of IDR 15.57 billion and total equity of IDR 122.98 billion.

For the fiscal year 2021, JAYA distributed the dividend of IDR 3.8 per share to its shareholders listed before May 10, 2022. The dividend allocation was made based on the net profit of IDR 5.73 billion, the retained earnings of IDR 8.53 billion, and total equity of IDR 110.21 billion. (LK/ZH)
