JAKARTA - The dividend of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) for the fiscal year 2022 has been set to IDR 75 per share, increasing from IDR 60 per share seen in 2021.

In the information disclosure quoted today (17/5), Sandi Rahaju, Corporate Secretary of Saratoga Investama Sedaya, confirmed that the shareholders agreed upon the distribution of dividend of IDR 1.01 trillion on June 14, 2023.

Those who are entitled to the dividend are those registered in the Official Shareholders List by May 26, 2023. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market has been scheduled on May 24-25, followed by the cum and ex dividend date in the cash market on May 26-27.

The dividend allocation refers to the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 4.61 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 54.19 trillion, and total equity of IDR 59.81 trillion.

Last year, the company distributed cash dividend from the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 809.83 billion. Its net profit in 2021 clocked up to IDR 24.88 trillion, while its retained earnings and total equity arrived at IDR 50.39 trillion and IDR 55.99 trillion. (LK/ZH)
