JAKARTA - PT Ethica Industri Farmasi (EIF) obtains a credit facility from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) of IDR 102.5 billion. Said facility is equal to 23.85% of the total equity of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), its parent entity.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (19/5), the credit facility consists of a revolving working capital credit with a credit limit of IDR 22.5 billion, a transactional working capital credit 1 with a limit of IDR 30 billion, and a transactional working capital credit 1 with a limit of IDR 50 billion.

This facility will be available for one year starting from the signing date on May 15, 2023, while the interest rate is set to 8% per annum.

The guarantees submitted for this loan facility are non-fixed assets in the form of supply in Jababeka Industrial Area Phase V, Block B1-1, Cikarang, as well as trade receivables. The guarantee is also in the form of fixed assets, which is a piece of land and building in Jababeka Industrial Area. (LK/ZH)
