PMJS granted IDR 13.6 billion extra capital to Tokoparts
JAKARTA. PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) has increased its capital investment in PT Suku Cadang Oto Sejahtera (SCO), the owner of Tokoparts ecommerce, with a total value of IDR 13.6 billion.
Ie Putra, Vice President Director of PMJS, claimed that this extra injection has brought the total capital investment given to SCO up to IDR 68.68 billion. Prior to this, the company’s total investment for SCO was at IDR 55.08 billion.
On the other hand, Mitsubishi Corporation, another SCO’s shareholder, has reportedly channelled an additional investment worth IDR 26.4 billion. It then brought the total capital investment by Mitsubishi up to IDR 133.32 billion from the initial IDR 106.92 billion.
According to IDNFinancials data, earlier this month, PMJS had injected extra capital to another subsidiary, PT Dipo Pahala Otomotif (DPO). It granted IDR 4 billion of extra capital, split into IDR 1.2 billion of direct investment and another IDR 2.8 billion channelled through its subsidiary, PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif (DIPO).
Until March 2023, PMJS still had IDR 445.54 billion of cash and cash equivalents, while its total assets clocked up to IDR 4.46 trillion and total equity of IDR 2.79 trillion. (KR/ZH)
