JAKARTA – Although the 2022 net profit of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) soared 86.07% year-on-year (yoy), its dividend remains unchanged, still at IDR 25 per share.

In the information disclosure quoted Friday (19/5), Agustian R. Partawidjaja, Director of Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia, confirmed that the total dividend from the 2022 net profit is set to IDR 77.83 billion. The dividend will then be disbursed IDR 25 per share on June 16 to the shareholders in the official list recorded by May 29, 2023.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market have been set to May 25-26, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on May 29-30. The dividend allocation refers to the obtainment of net profit attributable to the parent company of USD 463.34 million, retained earnings of USD 1.47 billion, and total equity of USD 2.21 billion.

In 2022, this issuer distributed IDR 77.83 billion of cash dividend from the 2021 net profit of USD 249 million. Its retained earnings in 2021 was at USD 1.02 billion, while its equity clocked up to USD 1.75 billion. (LK/ZH)
