JAKARTA - On May 15, Lucas SH CN, an individual investor who owned 38.69% of PT Arthavest Tbk (ARTA) shares, acquired an additional 223.33 million shares. His ownership stake in this investment issuer then increased by 50%, to 88.69%, as a result of this expenditure.

In addition, three other issuers welcomed their new investors this time. First, PT Danatama Kapital Investama has acquired 741.81 million shares, or about 5.25% ownership, in oil and gas tanker issuer PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL). Then, for a 5,35% stake, PT Ekosistem Media Indonesia purchased 341.91 million shares of technology issuer PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ecosystem Tbk (FUTR). UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, a foreign investor, also expressed interest in the wine producer PT Hatten Bali Tbk (WINE) by purchasing 175.33 million shares, or 6.47% of the company.

Another foreign investor, Tolaram Group Inc., also increased its stake in the company by purchasing 33 million additional shares of the banking issuer PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR), while the controlling shareholder, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, also increased its stake by purchasing 17 million additional shares of the electric vehicle battery issuer PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA). To keep up, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) opted for another buyback action, this time with as many as 3.84 million shares.

On the other hand, few investors chose to reduce the number of their investments. Two PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) investors, GOTO Peopleverse Fund and SVG GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd., both decided to sell shares. GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 363.62 million shares, and SVG GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd. sold 26.76 million shares. Finally, the investor PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk released 4.15 million shares of event organiser issuer PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN). (KD)
