JAKARTA - PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) has allocated IDR 999.07 billion of its 2022 net profit as cash dividend, higher than the dividend in the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 779.83 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (22/5), Tomin Widian, Corporate Secretary of Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, said that the cash dividend that will be given to the shareholders will amount to IDR 24.06 per share.

The dividend allocation is made based on its financial posts, including net profit attributable to the parent company of IDR 2.85 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 8.74 trillion, and total equity of IDR 11.47 trillion.

The dividend will then be distributed on June 14 to those registered in the Official Shareholders List by May 30. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 26 and 29, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market follows on May 30-31.

In 2022, this issuer disbursed cash dividend of IDR 18.78 per share from its net profit gained in 2021. The reference for this dividend allocation is its net profit of IDR 1.95 trillion, retained earnings of IDR 5.98 trillion, and total equity of IDR 8.98 trillion. (LK/ZH)
