Energy Collier purchases an additional 239 million shares of Resource Alam (KKGI) to bring its stake to 35%
JAKARTA - Energy Collier Private Limited, one of the foreign investors holding more than 5% of coal issuer PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI), bought an additional 239.79 million shares on Friday, May 16. As a result, this Singaporean investor's ownership of the company increased from 30.83% to 35.63%. Another foreign investor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, also bought shares of wine producer PT Hatten Bali Tbk (WINE), as many as 5.71 million shares.
A further 12.5 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) were then acquired by the controlling shareholder, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, increasing its ownership stake slightly to 49.65%. Following that, 3.20 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) were also purchased by PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia. Then, PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) bought back 3.20 million RALS shares, and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), which purchased 3.05 million of its own shares, followed suit.
Two foreign investors, PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and GOTO Peopleverse Fund made the decision to reduce their ownership stakes in this on-demand service provider issuer by 200 million and 27 million shares, respectively. Additionally, PT Ekosistem Media Indonesia sold 8.1 million shares of technology issuer PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR), and PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk released an additional 7.5 million shares from issuer PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN), a company that organises events.
