JAKARTA - PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (MIDI) has decided to distribute cash dividend of IDR 119.90 billion from the 2022 net profit, or equal to IDR 4.16 per share.

In the information disclosure quoted Monday (22/5), Suantopo Po, Corporate Secretary of MIDI, revealed that the dividend allocation is made based on its financial posts, including net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 398.91 billion, retained earnings of IDR 1.58 trillion, and total equity of IDR 1.98 trillion.

The dividend will be disbursed on June 21, 2023, to those listed as official shareholders by the recording date on May 30. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 26 and 29, followed by cum and ex dividend in the cash market on May 30-31.

In 2022, this issuer managed to give out IDR 82.57 billion of dividend from its 2021 net profit, equal to IDR 28.65 per share. The net profit in 2021 was recorded at IDR 275.21 billion, while the retained earnings reached IDR 1.18 trillion, and the total equity was IDR 1.61 trillion. (LK/ZH)
