By purchasing 52.12 million shares, Lawrence Tjandra recently claimed 5% ownership of Wira Global Solusi
JAKARTA - On May 17, individual investor Lawrence Tjandra acquired 52,125,000 shares of the venture builder PT Wira Global Solusi Tbk (WGSH). This tech issuer's newest investor then immediately claimed 5% ownership. By acquiring an additional 16.48 million shares of the mineral mining company PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk also slightly increased its ownership in the company.
Additionally, two issuers bought back their shares this time. PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) increased its own stock investments to 11.31% with a purchase volume of 15.5 million. Then PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a construction-related issuer, repurchased 1.29 million shares, bringing its total ownership to 6.31%. On the other hand, two investors in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), GOTO Peopleverse Fund, and SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd. once again chose to reduce their holdings in the issuer of the on-demand service provider by 69.85 million and 51 million shares, respectively. Morgan Stanley and Co. International Plc was discovered selling 93,300 shares of production house issuer PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), and PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk continued to sell 200,000 shares of event organiser PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN).
