JAKARTA – Two subsidiaries of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) have channelled dividends worth IDR 29.14 billion. This issuer managed to gain net profit in 2022 of IDR 848.31 billion.

In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (23/5), Ang Andri Pribadi, Director of Finance of Selamat Sempurna, mentioned that the company has secured dividends from two of its own subsidiaries, PT Hydraxte Perkasa (HP) and PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC), worth IDR 19.12 billion and IDR 10.01 billion, respectively.

SMSM controls 51% of HP, whose total assets clocked up to IDR 314 billion, and 99.99% of PTC, whose total assets were worth IDR 514 billion in March 2023. HP is engaged in the lifting equipment and automotive spare part manufacturing industry, while PTC works in the spare part trading industry. (LK/ZH)
