Panca Budi Idaman to pay cash dividends of IDR 187.5 billion
JAKARTA. PT Panca Budi Idaman Tbk (PBID) announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 187.5 billion or IDR 100 per share, which will come from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.
Lukman Hakim, Director & Corporate Secretary of PBID, conveyed the plan in accordance with the results of the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which was held last week. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 53% of net profit for the 2022 financial year as cash dividends.
The judge added that cash dividends would be given to PBID shareholders whose names were recorded on the recording date on May 31, 2023. Cash dividend payments will be made on June 7, 2023.
According to idnfinancials.com data, PBID recorded a net profit of IDR 352.9 billion in the 2022 fiscal year. At the end of the year, the company had a retained earnings balance of IDR 1.45 trillion and total equity of IDR 2.45 trillion.
Currently, 74.67% of PBID's shares are controlled by PT Alphen Internasional Corporindo. Public investors own 13.87% of the shares, Djonny Taslim 8.36%, Robby Taslim 1.55%, and Vicky Taslim 1.55%. (KR/LM)
