JAKARTA. PT Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa Tbk (KKES) announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 1.5 billion or IDR 1 per share from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year.

Melly Elita, Director of KKES, conveyed the plan in accordance with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which was held last week. At the meeting, shareholders agreed to allocate 24.11% of net profit for the 2022 fiscal year as cash dividends.

Cash dividends will be given to KKES shareholders whose names are recorded on the recording date on May 31, 2023. Cash dividend payments will be made on June 20, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, KKES recorded a net profit of IDR 6.22 billion in the 2022 fiscal year. At the end of the year, the company also had an unrestricted retained earnings balance of IDR 22.19 billion. Meanwhile, the company's total equity was recorded at IDR 62.6 billion.

Currently, 40.80% of KKES shares are controlled by PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP). PT Budi Lestari Sentosa owns 11.20% of the shares, 20% is owned by public investors, and the rest is owned by several members of the board of directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/LM)
