JAKARTA. PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA), a healthcare service provider that manages the Mitra Keluarga Hospital chain, announces its cash dividend distribution of IDR 500 billion, taken out of the net profit gained in 2022.

Joyce V. Handajani, Corporate Secretary of MIKA, said that this plan aligns with the outcome of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last Tuesday (23/5). In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 49.6% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

The recording date for this dividend distribution is set to June 6, followed by the actual disbursement on June 23, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, MIKA scored IDR 1.01 trillion of net profit in 2022. At the end of last fiscal year, it held onto retained earnings of IDR 10.08 billion and total equity of IDR 6.92 trillion.

As of now, 63.66% of MIKA's shares are under the control of PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya. Public investors claim another 36.27%, followed by Rustiyan Oen of 0.07%, Josef Darmawan Angkasa of 0.01%, thus leaving the remaining portion to the treasury stock.(KR/ZH)
