JAKARTA - PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML) arranges the distribution of IDR 3 billion of dividend for the fiscal year 2022, which was recorded at IDR 16.02 billion. This is the second dividend distribution of BSML since its debut on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in December 2021.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (25/5), this shareholder agreed to disburse cash dividend to those listed in as official shareholders by May 2, 2023. The remaining amount of profit, amounting to IDR 13.03 billion, is allocated as retained earnings to fund operational activities of the company. The dividend is set to IDR 1.62 per share, channelled to shareholders of 1,850,225,000 units. BSML is known to possess total equity of IDR 108.59 billion at the end of the fiscal year 2022.

Last year, this issuer gave out IDR 2 billion of cash dividend or IDR 1.08 per share from its 2021 net profit of IDR 4.37 billion. Its unrestricted retained earnings in 2021 reached IDR 17.84 billion, while its total equity clocked up to IDR 94.55 billion.

Until April 2023, BSML's shareholders consist of PT Goldfive Investment of 46.62%, Nengah Rama Gautama of 14%, David Dasanan Anan of 4%, Pramayari Hardian of 4%, Aryanti Pelita Sari of 4%, and public investors of 27.38%. (LK/ZH)
