JAKARTA. PT Pinago Utama Tbk (PNGO), a plantation company based in South Sumatra, announces the plan to give out cash dividend of IDR 46.88 billion or IDR 60 per share.

Said plan aligns with the outcome of the Annual General Shareholder Meeting of PNGO that was held a couple of days earlier. In this meeting, the investors agreed to allocate 27% of the 2022 net profit as cash dividend.

According to IDNFinancials data, PNGO scored IDR 173.13 billion of net profit in the fiscal year 2022. The company also recorded retained earnings of IDR 605.04 billion and total equity worth IDR 708.55 billion.

The cash dividend will be disbursed to PNGO’s shareholders who have been registered under the official list by the recording data on June 7. The actual disbursement will then follow on June 15, 2023.

As of now, public investors claim 24.88% of PNGO’s shares, followed by Wilson Sutantio of 22.76%, Hasan Tantri of 19.48%, Charles Sutantio of 17.61%, and Peter Unggul Sutantio of 15.27%. (KR/ZH)
